This is how @southwestair felt before this year. No assigned seats, everyone queued and grabbed available seats. 2 free checked bags, didn’t bring a carryon the entire time I flew. No need for bin space. Change flight to same day or refundable flights without penalty. Now, Southwest is a nightmare. Assigned seats, no checked bags, delays, everything sucks. Used to only fly Southwest and now I’m choosing others over it
