Get to know Rachel

Rachel Kilmer is a Kansas City-based Realtor, licensed in both Missouri and Kansas. She spent the first part of her career as an emmy-nominated local sports reporter, tracking the Royals postseason runs, covering Chiefs games, and staying on top of all things college football and hoops. 

Rachel transitioned to real estate in 2020, where she quickly repurposed her skills through TikTok to connect with the community sharing the 411 on the city and its housing market. Since launching her TikTok she has gained over 20k followers and over 2 million views and counting. 

In 4 short years in real estate, Rachel is closing in on helping over 200 Kansas Citians buy or sell a home, and logging a total sales volume of over 65 million. 

Rachel has been featured on HGTV’s House Hunters twice, and was honored in 2022 as one of Ingram’s Business Journal’s 20 in their 20s. She was named 2023’s Best Real Estate Agent in Kansas City by The Pitch Magazine and most recently was named to Real Producers Magazine’s top “40 under 40” agents in Kansas City.
