Rachel Kilmer

Rachel Kilmer is a Kansas City-based Realtor, licensed in both Missouri and Kansas. She spent the first part of her career as an emmy-nominated local sports reporter, tracking the Royals postseason runs, covering Chiefs games, and staying on top of all things college football and hoops. Rachel transitioned to real estate in 2020, where she quickly repurposed her skills through TikTok to connect with the community sharing the 411 on the city and its housing market. Since launching her TikTok she has gained nearly 20k followers and over 2 million views and counting. In 4 short years in real estate, Rachel is closing in on helping over 150 Kansas Citians buy or sell a home, and logging a total sales volume of over 40 million. Rachel has been featured on HGTV’s House Hunters and was honored in 2022 as one of Ingram’s Business Journal’s 20 in their 20s. She was named 2023’s Best Real Estate Agent in Kansas City by The Pitch Magazine and most recently was named to Real Producers Magazine’s top “40 under 40” agents in Kansas City.
Shelby Drury
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Shelby is our Operations Manager at Rach the Realtor Group. As a licensed Realtor, she helps both agents and clients ensure a smooth transaction from start to finish. After graduating from UMKC with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene in 2016, Shelby made the career switch to real estate in 2021. A good friend (Rachel Kilmer, you may have heard of her 😉) working in real estate needed to hire someone as her business was taking off, and Shelby fell in love with the entire process. Born and raised in the KC metro, Shelby loves any and all things Chiefs and Royals. In her free time, you can catch her traveling, at a concert or a game, reading a good book, trying a new restaurant, or hanging out with her husband, Austin and their 2 Golden Retrievers, Gordon and Ginger. Michelle Miller

Michelle is our Virtual Assistant. She graduated from UMKC with a Bachelor’s of Science in Dental Hygiene in 2016. After living in Kansas City for 6 years, she moved to Hutchinson, KS. While missing being in Kansas City, she loves working for Rachel, who is an expert in all things KC! Michelle is a huge fan of the KU Jayhawks and Chiefs! In her free time, she enjoys working out, traveling, visiting Kansas City, and spending time with her husband, Casey, and their 2 daughters, Remy and Tyler. Although you may not personally interact with Michelle, she works behind the scenes alongside Shelby and Rachel.
