With over 22 million in volume sold and 63 transactions, we were part of the Chairman’s Circle for ReeceNichols in 2022 which is the #1 Real Estate Brokerage in Kansas City. Rachel transitioned to real estate in 2020, where she quickly repurposed her skills through TikTok to connect with the community sharing the 411 on the city and its housing market.

Since launching her TikTok she has gained nearly 19k followers and 2 million views and counting. In 3 short years in real estate, Rachel is closing in on helping over 100 Kansas Citians buy or sell a home, and logging a total sales volume of over 23 million. Rachel has been featured on HGTV's House Hunters and was honored in 2022 as one of Ingram’s Business Journal's 20 in their 20s. Most recently, she was named 2023's Best Real Estate Agent in Kansas City by The Pitch Magazine.

After graduating from UMKC with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene in 2016, Shelby made the career switch to real estate in 2021. A good friend (Rachel Kilmer, you may have heard of her 😉 ) working in real estate needed to hire someone as her business was taking off, and Shelby fell in love with the entire process. Born and raised in the KC metro, Shelby loves any and all things Chiefs and Royals. In her free time, you can catch her traveling, at a concert or a game, reading a good book, trying a new restaurant, or hanging out with her husband, Austin and their 2 Golden Retrievers, Gordon and Ginger.
