Rach Kilmer
Rachel Kilmer is a Kansas City-based Realtor, licensed in both Missouri and Kansas. She spent the first part of her career as an Emmy-nominated local sports reporter, tracking the Royals postseason runs, covering Chiefs games, and staying on top of all things college football and hoops.
Rachel transitioned to real estate in 2020, where she quickly repurposed her skills through TikTok to connect with the community sharing the 411 on the city and its housing market. Since launching her TikTok she has gained more than 15k followers and 2 million views and counting. She also shares information about KC with more than 60k viewers on YouTube.
In 2021, Rachel helped 28 Kansas Citians buy or sell a home, logging a total sales volume of more than $6.5M. Native to the metro area, she loves taking her toddler to enjoy many of the things she loved as a child, often with their Great Dane pup in tow. Rachel loves winding down with a great book and a glass of wine… and she’s always looking for recommendations for both!
